2008 La Dolce Vita Christmas Party 12.16.06 Highlights; Peter Waters and Gary Ogrocki's annual Christmas party, at La Dolce Vita restaurant in Little Italy, shined this holiday season. Red and white wine, pasta and Peroni, sharp men and women, and the sounds of DJs Impure & GO. Guests included Joanna Glonek and boyfriend Michael Milkovic, Avon Verduyn, Mike Perkins, Dr. Beverly Valencic and Tonee Zobec.

Scrooge's Nite Out 12.1.06 Highlights; The "Scrooge Party" returned to the Galleria at Erieview for this the 19th year of the Ohio Canal Corridor's Christmas benefit. Guests included Joanna Glonek and boyfriend Michael Milkovic, Bob Sevel, Mike Polenck, Vikki Poole and Allan Rindfleisch.

MicroBrew Extravaganza 11.18.06 Highlights; Area breweries complimented the buffet at Massimo da Milano in Ohio City. The band Punch the Clown performed as guests came together in support of the Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland. This event gets better every year.

The evening included seventies attire, nostalgic music and art auctions by auctioneers Chris Axelrod and Richard Ray. Bones, Bugs and Dead Animals 10.28.06 Highlights; The Cleveland Museum of Natural History was the perfect place for a Halloween party. Costumed guests enjoyed the music of The Chosen Few Band surrounded by the museum's collection of skeletons, taxadermed animals, and exotic bugs. Guests included Dan Krotine, Allan Rindfleish, Avery Sansavera, Joanna Glonek and her date Michael Milkovic.

WSEM Lamplighter Benefit 10.27.06 Highlights; The Silver Grille was the setting for the West Side Ecumenical Ministry's gala. Five local foundations were honored for their support of WSEM and Northeast Ohio. Each was given artwork created by Hector Vega.

Cleveland Wine Opener 10.13.06 Highlights; The Galleria at Erieview was the place to be as guests sampled the specialties of area chefs and enjoyed the wines of the Minotti Group. The event raised funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and was presented by Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.

Best of Cleveland 10.12.06 Highlights; Lounge Kitty performed as guests celebrated Cleveland Magazine's Best of Cleveland at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. The event was a fundraiser for the museum's educational programs. Guests included Kathy Apotsos, Thomas and his wife Anita Zimmerman, Joanna Glonek with Regan Gettens.

Wendy Park Foundation President Christine Bucknell accepts a Marge and Dan T. Moore Family check for $74,050. This check matched the fundraising efforts of the Conway brother's Burning River Festival. Dinner and dancing followed as guests enjoyed the lake and city views from Wendy Park. 20/30 Club Fashion Show 9.22.06 Highlights; The Cleveland Playhouse was the place to be as publicist and event planner Frenchye M. Bush put on a fashionable event for the 20/30 Club of Cleveland.

Bush, Kelly Wiggins, and Samantha Oblander Cool Nights and Hot Jazz - Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital 9.01.06 Highlights; A tribute to artist Hector Vega for his contributions to area non-profits. Mr. Vega presented his designs for the new labels of vintner DeBonne Vineyards. Guests included promoters Adrianna Matos and Gilberto Alvarez of Tropical Rhythms, Ben S. Stefanski II and his date Joanna Glonek, Thomas F. Zenty III, President and CEO of University Hospitals, Sharon Kolonowski, Director of Circle of Friends, and Ms. MJ St. Clair. The Circle of Friends event was held at the Terrace Club at Jacobs Field and was chaired by Sally Stewart.

The top boutiques, retailers, and buyers were well represented as were leading designers, artists, members of the media, and society.
